how many waste dumps per town?

i dont see a thread on this yet? So how many waste dumps per town? It is said 4 lvl 40 warehouses and a lvl 40 waste dump will get a lvl 11 palace. But a lvl 40 waste dump takes:
wood: 2,694,889
marble:1,319,975
crystal: 1,026,793
sulfur: 2,425,235
time: 15D 4h

It would be nicer if i could build 2 lvl 20 dumps instead of 1 lvl 40.

sorry morfie, its only one per town :(

wow, thanks boss.

It will be a while to get the lvl 40 dump then.

Im wondering which is easier 9 lvl 40 warehouses or 4 lvl 40 warehouses and 1 lvl 40 dump???

Its all academic now since you cannot build more than 4 warehouse unless you already have them but when you figure in not having to tear down 4 other buildings and rebuild them, the Dump wins out IMO.
